• Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, tables, chairs, and an HDMI-capable TV for entertainment.
• Take advantage of Comcast cable access during your event.
• Utilize the refrigerator and freezer for food and beverage storage.
• Ample parking with handicap accessibility is available in the rear lot.

Tailor Your Event:

• Choose a 6-hour rental package with an additional hour for setup and cleanup.
• Arrange the tables and chairs to suit your needs.

Important Notes:

• We are a volunteer organization and cannot assist with setup.
• For Bingo games, the board is included, but the ball machine requires an additional rental fee. Bingo callers may be available for a fee upon request.
• Restrooms, lobby with coat racks, and refrigerator access are included in all packages.
• Choose the "with Kitchen" package if you plan to cook on-site. Otherwise, refrigeration for pre-prepared food is available without the kitchen package.
• Cleaning supplies are accessible in case of spills.

Booking and Payment:

• Pay the full balance or a deposit upfront.
• If paying a deposit, the remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
